This place has a perfect and convenient location with the Olympic Museum nearby, and all of the staff were excellent and very helpful.

The hotel has an "old style", with curtains hanging over the bed, etc. My wife thought it looked very romantic! It is impecable clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room without us asking, since they had a better, very spacious room available. In Swiss terms, this is a very affordable hotel, with really good price/quality relation. They also provided us with a ticket for public transport, which is very convenient.

Great location! It's super close to the lake and you can easily hop on the tram that takes you all around town from up high to down low. 🚃

The Carlton Lausanne Boutique Hotel is a luxurious property with very friendly staff. the executive room is beautifully decorated and offers views of the street. the hotel is situated in a peaceful and ideal location near a subway station, making it convenient for exploring the area. the English breakfasts served at the hotel are delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money is excellent, especially considering the convenient location in the "sous gare" district, just opposite the METRO. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beautifully designed with comfy beds and a lovely view from the balcony. The breakfast was also delicious with a great variety of options. I couldn't have asked for more!

Everything was perfect!

Good location: about 15 minutes to walk, both the trainstation and the lake. The old town can easily be reached via the metro, which is next to the hotel. While the outside was loud, the rooms are well sound proofed and thus it is rather quiet.

The room was on the small side, but we only slept there, so that didn't matter.

I stayed in a double room which was quite in expensive for Switzerland. The renovation was elaborate. Itmis next to a metro stop which makes it's location less inconvenient

Wifi was very expensive
